Shipping policy

Processing time
Every AragApparel order ships from Philadelphia, PA. Orders are packed and shipped within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). During launches and busy seasons this can take a little longer, and we'll email you if your order is delayed.

Shipping rates
United States: $5 flat rate. Free shipping on orders of $50 or more, applied automatically at checkout.
International: $22 flat rate.
Your final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Carrier and tracking
We ship with USPS. As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number. Delivery times depend on USPS and your destination, and are not guaranteed once the package leaves us.

International orders, duties and taxes
International prices and shipping rates do not include import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These are set by your country, not by AragApparel, and are charged by your local customs office or carrier on delivery. The recipient is responsible for paying them. If a package is refused because of these charges, the original shipping cost and any return fees are non-refundable. If you're unsure what your country charges, check with your local customs office before ordering.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away at aragapparel@gmail.com. We can update the address only before your order ships. We're not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost, late, or damaged packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, your package shows delivered but you can't find it, or it arrives damaged, email aragapparel@gmail.com with your order number (and photos for damage). We'll work with USPS to help resolve it.
